1. What KV Connect Is
KV Connect is a private business-management application owned and operated by Kennedy Venture Capital, LLC ("Kennedy Ventures") for the internal use of its affiliated companies, including Kennedy Home Renovation, LLC and Kennedy Property Services, LLC. It is not a commercial software product, is not offered for sale, and carries no public sign-up. These terms govern every person who is granted an account.
2. Accounts and Acceptable Use
Accounts are issued by Kennedy Ventures to employees, contractors, property owners, and business partners. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential, to use the application only for legitimate business purposes connected to Kennedy Ventures, and to access only the records your role permits. Kennedy Ventures may suspend or revoke access at any time, with or without notice.
3. Business Records
Content in KV Connect — including project records, financial documents, estimates, invoices, and reports — is the business property of Kennedy Ventures or its affiliated entities. Users who upload documents represent that they are entitled to share them for the business purpose at hand.
4. Third-Party Services
KV Connect integrates with third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online (accounting), Gusto (payroll), and Base44 (hosting). Use of those services through KV Connect is also subject to the respective provider's terms. QuickBooks connections are authorized by the company administrator and are used only to manage the books of Kennedy Ventures' own companies; they may be disconnected at any time from within the application or from Intuit's My Apps page.
5. No Warranty
KV Connect is provided "as is" for internal business use. While we work to keep the application accurate and available, Kennedy Ventures makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Financial figures shown in the application are operational roll-ups; the authoritative accounting records live in QuickBooks Online.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kennedy Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Venue for any dispute lies in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

Questions about these terms go to joseph@khrenovation.com. We may update these terms as the application evolves; the effective date below reflects the latest revision, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
